Last night I posted a blog revisiting HR 4872 the health care reform amendments but it doesn’t seem to show up. I am very happy. There were 5 different versions of HR4872, the health care reform bill. There was the Reconciliation Act of 2010 from March 17 that was the text I was using, two versions of the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 and versions of the Health Care and Education Affordability Reconciliation Act of 2010 which was signed into law. I was able to get that text although the official government site had not been posted yet.

The bill that was signed is not the government takeover of the heath care system that the other version was. It is simply amendments to HR 3590 which was already passed into law. The are good things and not so good things about these new laws which I will discuss in the next several days.

I am very relieved.
