Alumni Services

Cottonwood Tucson Alumni Info

We are proud that Cottonwood has touched the lives of people all over the world. In fact, our program has graduates in 45 states and five other countries. And, at the heart of our Alumni Program is the hope to build lasting connections that strengthen recovery and enrich lives. Completing treatment at Cottonwood provides a strong foundation for sobriety, but our care doesn’t stop there. Our goal is to help ease the transition from inpatient treatment to daily life by offering ongoing support and opportunities for meaningful connection. Once you’ve been through treatment with us, you’re part of the Cottonwood family — for life.

We offer an app for alumni to stay engaged with other alumni and staff. We host an annual event, where alumni can return and participate in many events. We offer monthly events for our alumni to engage with one another. And we also offer weekly meetings both virtual and in person.

Monthly Alumni Events

Each month, the Cottonwood Alumni Department organizes a group event in the Tucson area. Each event is designed to allow former residents to stay connected to each other and Cottonwood, while having fun in recovery. These events can range from a hike to a pickleball outing to a barbecue and more. The main point is to stay connected and supported!

Annual Alumni Reunions

At Cottonwood, recognizing milestones is incredibly important. Also important is building community and fostering support for each other. That’s why we offer an Annual Alumni Reunion Event. This incredibly moving and inspiring weekend event is open to Cottonwood Alumni offering the opportunity to make new acquaintances, reconnect with old friends, eat good food, and so much more. You, as an Alumni, are important to us and we sincerely mean it when we say… “We’re with you all the way!”

Cared For App

Alumni can use Cottonwood’s own private, social media App to stay connected, get news from Cottonwood, and connect with one another. Find out more here.
