Join Sarah Jenkins, MC, LPC EMDRIA Approved Consultant for a highly interactive workshop sponsored by Cottonwood Tucson that will introduce Equilateral™, the first EMDR protocol to integrate EMDR and EAP to address trauma. Using this protocol, trauma survivors learn affect tolerance, grounding skills and the ability to maintain the dual attention necessary to heal their traumas through EMDR. Recent case studies, lively discussion and hands-on equine assisted experiences complete this invaluable 4 hour workshop!

November 16, 2013, EquiLateral™ Equine-Assisted EMDR Workshop Invitation overview…

  • Who: Sarah Jenkins will offer the workshop to all clinicians including those with no prior EMDR training
  • What: This highly interactive workshop includes equine experiences to demonstrate the use of and “feel” of the protocol. The workshop provides an overview of EAP (Equine Assisted Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). An overview of clients who benefit from an Equine-Assisted EMDR approach is also provided. PLUS: This workshop is approved for four (4) EMDRIA Credits.
